A kitchen-diner mural where someone makes their morning chai and holds the most important discussions with their family every evening. A feeling of finding the peace.
I painted this for a kitchen that starts early, coffee before the house wakes. The circle felt right the moment I saw the wall: gold leaf, soft morning light, two hummingbirds meeting mid-air over a stem of delphinium. A small, suspended calm in a room built for movement.
““I always wanted our dining room to feel like more than just a place to eat, I wanted it to feel alive. Pruthvi took that idea and ran with it, bringing the outside in in a way I never could have imagined. Now it’s the room we all gravitate to. The kids linger at the table longer, we have slower mornings, and guests always stop and pause. It’s not just a mural, it’s the heart of our home.””
